My name is Neftali Palma, and for the past 10 years I've been involved in construction, flipping single family homes and fixing apartment building but, I was always attracted to multifamily properties, I own a construction company but I have decided to challenge myself to the next level with multifamily investments bringing opportunities for investors and day-to-day people who wants to have passive income without the hassle of dealing with tenants, along the way I've found mentors like Tyler Deveraux and Ryan Woolley, that help me improve my ability to get the best deals and make sure our investors get the best returns.
Adam Carroll
Acquisitions Specialist.
Throughout the years Adam has been involved in many management positions that require strategic planning and financial due diligence. In 2024 Adam was the General Manager of the Truckee Squeeze in, which is a 4.6 start high volume restaurant located in Truckee, California. Through strategic planning and financial management Adam was able to implement a plan that allowed the Truckee Squeeze In to achieve profits upwards of 20% in 2024.
Adam is also a licensed real estate agent for Nevada working under Eugene Burger Management Corporation. License# S.0203206
Adam is currently an Acquisitions Specialist with Palma Capital Investments and his aim is to source and underwrite value-add multifamily real estate that has sizable upside and secure returns for our investors.
Adam works diligently to acquire the best investment opportunities through building and maintaining long term relationships with owners and brokers primarily located in and around the Reno, Nevada area.
