Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multifamily investments generate ongoing passive income with a focus on appreciation over time through added value. My name is Neftali Palma, and for the past 10 years I've been involved in construction, flipping single family homes and fixing apartment building but, I was always attracted to multifamily properties, I own a construction company but I have decided to challenge myself to the next level with multifamily investments bringing opportunities for investors and day-to-day people who wants to have passive income without the hassle of dealing with tenants, along the way I've found mentors like Tyler Deveraux and Ryan Woolley, that help me improve my ability to get the best deals and make sure our investors get the best returns.

Underwriter and Deal Sourcing.


My name is Adam Carroll and for the past few years I have been involved in restaurant management. During my time in restaurant management I learned a lot about the numbers behind what makes a business work. In order for a restaurant to make a great deal of money the sales need to be high and the cost low. Real estate follows the same concept. For a property to make a lot of money the rents have to be at market level and the expenses need to be low. My job now is to source and underwrite deals. I locate and evaluate opportunistic assets that are below market rents and have substantial value-add potential. I pursue properties that will provide our investors sizable returns in a timely manner.

My name is Kai Kronabel, I'm a geologist, and I have experience across multiple industries such as environmental consultancy, geotechnical, mineral exploration, and mining has resultantly sparked my curiosity to venture into something new. I grew tired of renting, and always liked the idea of building equity and long term wealth through real estate. When the Multifamily Mindset came to Reno, I saw that as an opportunity to network and learn about this lucrative frontier, where I met Neftali and Adam. I have always enjoyed meeting new people and networking, since all it takes is one right person to make things happen. Focusing on acquisitions, and using the broad network of skilled individuals I have developed; I strive to source deals and raise capital for multifamily transactions. Together, all three of us seek to add value to deals by filling the GP side with our entrepreneurial endeavors.
